SHIPPING METHODS

1) Once all the products of your order are ready for dispatch, will be delivered on the next working day (Monday to Friday) to the courier company with which we cooperate.

2) In case any of the products of your order are not ready for delivery, then the delivery process to the courier company will take place on the next working day (Monday to Friday), after the last product has been received, in order to avoid additional transportation charges.

The courier company delivers on the next working day (Monday - Friday) from the day they receive the products from us. If courier company considers your destination a remote or inaccessible area, then the delivery will be attempted in 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery hours usually range from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For more information, it is possible to receive information from the courier company about the progress of your package, using the shipping code – tracking number of your shipment.

In case you wish the products of your order to be delivered on Saturday, then there is an additional charge of €5.00.

If receipt is not convenient for you during these hours, you can pick up your order from the depot of the courier company near your area.

If in your order some products are ready to be delivered and some have to be ordered, there is the possibility of immediate dispatch of the ready to be delivered. If you wish, contact us so we can serve you.

In case only part of your order is ready for delivery, direct shipping of it is possible. Please contact us so we assist accordingly.

Your orders will be dispatched by courier companies or other shipping companies for heavy and bulky items.

You can also pick up your order from our physical store during  working days and hours, after we first inform you that it is complete.

The order remains at our physical store for 14 calendar days.

If you wish to send someone a gift, please enter a separate shipping address and billing address when placing your order, so that the receipt or invoice will be sent to the billing address (to you), while the gift will be sent to the shipping address, accompanied only by a shipping note, with no prices listed.

If you wish to send a personal message or wishes, you can fill in your message or wishes during the order process in the fourth step in the "add order comments" field.

In this way, your wishes will reach the recipient together with your gift, enclosed in a card, (business card) with your name.

Of course, the recipient of the gift is also given the opportunity to change the products based on the terms and conditions that apply to returns and exchanges.
