RETURNS AND CHANGES
VolikakisFashion in order to assist you as best as possible, gives you the right to return a product and request an exchange. Product returns will be accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Under no circumstances will you initiate the return process by yourself without first obtaining our approval and follow our instructions and advice.
No product will be accepted used or its original packaging has been damaged, or labels have been removed, or has been washed, or it is not accompanied by the legal document.
We check all products in detail in a specialized department upon reception at our place, for their excellent condition, for any damages (cuts, stains, tears, etc.).
This way, the chance of receiving a defective one is minimized.
Under no circumstances will returns or changes be accepted
on products that have been produced or modified for your own dimension (special
order), as well as on seasonal products (e.g. Christmas).
Returns will only be accepted if they are accompanied by the legal document (retail receipt or invoice) that you originally received with the products.
All returns must be delivered to our physical store ( I. DRAGATSI 2-4, 18535 PIRAEUS ).
For returns you will follow one of the following procedures:
1) By filling in your details and the order number, through the "Product Returns" form, then the product you wish to return, in the "Product Name" field, and the product code, in the "Product Code" field.
Finally, select the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you accordingly.
2) By sending us an e-mail at Sales@VolikakisFashion.gr with email subject "Product Return". In the text, fill in your contact phone number, your full details, your order number, as well as the reason for the return.

Then, after we have received and processed your request in one of the above ways, we will contact you in a short period of time in order to start the return process and assist you in the best possible way.
1) If you declare that you wish to make a simple change, for example color change, then:
The transport cost of the return, as well as the new shipment cost, are borne exclusively by the customer.
After we receive the product, our specialized quality control department will check it and, if necessary, act as below:
A) If the product is intact, with its packaging, etc. and does not show any defect, then VolikakisFashion accepts the product and sends you a new one.
B) If the product has any wear due to the customer's fault, then VolikakisFashion cannot replace the product with the same or any other product or credit you for subsequent purchases.
2) If you declare that the product is defective (from the supplier), then:
Return and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of VolikakisFashion.
After we receive the product, our specialized quality control department will make the inspection and if necessary, act as below:
A) If the product is found to be indeed defective, we will replace it and ship it to you with our own expense. If necessary, the product can be sent to the manufacturing company for further inspection.
In case of product unavailability, it is possible to exchange it for another product, credit your account, or refund you the money together with the costs of the original shipment.
B) If the product has any wear due to customer’s fault, VolikakisFashion cannot replace the product with the same or any other product or credit you for subsequent purchases. VolikakisFashion may also demand any return costs paid for the return of the product to the company's headquarters.
3) If you declare that you received a different product than the one you originally ordered, then:
Our company is obliged to replace the product with the one you had chosen during your order.
Return and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of VolikakisFashion.
In this case, after we receive the product, our specialized quality control department will make the inspection and if necessary, act as below:
A) If the product is found to be different from the one ordered, then VolikakisFashion will replace it and send it to you at its own expense.
B) If it is found that the product is different from the one ordered, then VolikakisFashion will demand both the costs paid for returning the product to its headquarters, as well as the new shipping costs to you.
C) If the product has any damage due to customer’s fault, the company cannot replace the product with the same or any other product or credit you for subsequent purchases. The company may also demand any return costs paid for the return of the product to the company's headquarters.
4) If you declare that you caused damage to the product due to your fault, then:
VolikakisFashion will try to assist you in the best possible way.
In case that the product must be returned to us for further inspection and mending, then the transport costs of both the return and the new shipment, as well as the costs of the repair, are borne solely by the customer.
If the return shipping costs are borne by the customer, then the charge will be based on the applicable price list for individuals and must be paid upon delivery of the package to the courier company. Otherwise, the return of the product will not be accepted.
In case you expect an replacement product and wish to order additional products (over €60.00) and you require them to be included in the same package, free shipping does not apply to these purchases.

You have the right to return the products you purchase, without having to inform us of the reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. In this case, the shipping cost is borne by you.
Refunds for orders below the amount of free shipping defined by VolikakisFashion are made at the net value of the product (excluding shipping).
In the case of returning an order above the amount of free shipping, the customer again bears the cost of the return shipping, as well as the original shipment.
For orders paid via PayPal / Viva Wallet, the refund will be made via PayPal. For orders paid via credit/debit/prepaid card, refunds will be made in the same manner.
For orders that have been received by cash on delivery, the refund will be deposited into a bank account defined by the customer.
In all cases, the refund will be made within a reasonable time, after we have received the products, intact in their original packaging, together with all their documents-labels.
